Dana's love for jewelry began in childhood, working alongside her father, the Baron, at Baron Diamond Jewelry. By age seven, she was managing a team producing 14kt gold earrings for QVC’s Diamonique line. Throughout high school and college, she continued honing her craft, overseeing projects for industry giants like Jared, Kay, and Tiffany & Co.

After two decades in the tech industry, Dana’s passion for jewelry never faded. She took bench classes, collected and restored estate pieces, and designed custom creations for friends. By 2023, she was hosting estate sales and trunk shows, bringing her curatorial eye to Seattle and Southern California.

In 2024, Dana revived her father’s sterling silver Christmas ornament line, the Baron Heritage Collection. Now, with 35 years of experience, she is launching the Baroness Collection—committed to authentic, ethically sourced vintage and fine jewelry, crafted in gold and silver.
